High quality supervision promotes the highest quality practice, and enhances a supervisee’s confidence and motivation to work effectively.
I have been providing group and individual supervision for five years in my current role, using models developed from my study with Brighton University in 2011. I gained a Foundation Certificate in adult learning and development, which firstly focussed on processes in individual and group supervision and then taught me a repertoire of tools for use in both arenas.
I now apply this learning to CBT or counselling practice and can offer high quality supervision on an individual or group basis. I offer the first session free, as I do with individual clients. This is in order that we can assess whether we think will work together effectively.
The supervision I offer will enhance the support you offer to your clients, and will also enable you to contain your practice so that you feel safe, motivated and energised.
