In addition to my CBT qualification I am a level 3 British Cycling qualified cycle coach and can apply CBT based strategies in order to help you enhance your performance across road or time trial events; or in order to improve and enhance confidence in competition.
I have successfully helped competitors who have struggled with confidence following accident, and in techniques which may give rise to unmanageable stress. These could include fast cornering in a bunch, downhill riding or start management in time trialling.
CBT is extremely valuable for anxiety reduction across all arenas.
